G R E E K F O O D !

Greek food is just like Mediterranean cuisine. Greek Cuisine is has a lot of history and tradition. The Greeks use olive oil, vegetables, herbs, grains, bread, wine, fish, and various meats. The meats I have learned to cook with are poultry, rabbit, and pork. These few items end up making a delicious meal! Some more very important things you can add are: olives, cheese, aubergine (eggplant), zucchini, and yogurt. These different foods can make some great, traditional meals. The Arni me Patates sto Fourno, which is Roast Lamb with Potatoes. This very elaborate dish is mainly served at Easter time! So this could be a possible meal to serve for your Easter! Greeks have a lot of activities during the day, so they end up eating around 9 o’clock.
